Garantie
Toutes les montres Epos sont couvertes par la garantie internationale de 24 mois d’Epos Uhren AG contre tout défaut de fabrication. Si votre montre répond aux critères de garantie énumérés ici, les réclamations peuvent être traitées soit par un centre de service autorisé de Epos Uhren AG. Les demandes de garantie ne sont prises en compte que si vous fournissez une preuve d’achat valide. Les documents suivants seront acceptés comme preuve d’achat : Une carte de garantie, tamponnée et signée par un revendeur officiel, l’original du ticket de caisse ou du document de livraison, un bordereau de paiement par carte bancaire ou de crédit.
Les cristaux, les bracelets et les sangles sont garantis contre les défauts de fabrication uniquement, et non contre une force excessive, une manipulation incorrecte ou une usure normale. Les demandes de garantie ne sont pas valables dans les cas suivants : i) dommages liés au transport et à la livraison, ii) dommages liés à l’usure normale et à l’utilisation, iii) dommages dus à l’humidité, iv) dommages liés à un mauvais traitement non conforme au manuel d’utilisation, v) dommages liés à un service ou une réparation non autorisés.
